The House Cleaning Biz 101 Course is an outstanding resource and an absolute must for those that are entering into the business of residential house cleaning and it also provides fabulous tools for established housecleaning businesses as well. The courses are dynamic and consists of 4 CD's all narrated by Gary Goranson, Founder and President of Workenders, Inc. This system is incredibly affordable and you can purchase one or all four programs.

CD 1- Getting Started Right covers business entity, pre-opening checklist, chart of accounts (for your bookkeeping) and your business plan. All explained in layman's terms. Don't start your business without it!

CD 2- Professional House Cleaning Tutorial is geared toward team cleaning and the methods are built for speed. Features “How To” clean bathrooms, kitchens, dusting and polishing, vacuuming, also covers special projects and window cleaning.

Review : The instructions on the cleaning are clear and concise. This is an excellent training tool for business owners and employees

If you are considering hiring employees or if you have an existing cleaning business, this recommended resource covers the 17 very important essentials of know how from recruiting, interviewing, hiring, compensation, leadership performance and more.

Review : Very instrumental in developing your workforce and provides you the information that helps alleviate the frustrations and the challenges that employers experience. Highly recommended before you hire and also great for established businesses with employees!

CD 4- Client Development covers the all too important areas of marketing, formulas for pricing and profit, scheduling, bits about advertising, presentation, telephone techniques and ongoing relationships with your clients.

Review: This product addresses some of the most frequently asked questions that I encounter when consulting businesses in the cleaning industry. The system for pricing is realistic and could keep you in the profit zone. The scheduling system will rid a lot of headaches both with clients and employees. Again, I cannot say enough about this well designed informative course.
